High Nutrition Cream of Chicken Soup

Put into Vita Mix blender, or good blender

Lg. can Chicken with Rice Soup  (Campbells Soup is ok)

1 chicken breast cooked and diced, or 1 can Chicken breast

1 Cup organic chicken broth

Blend on high for 1 minute, or until smooth.

In a 4-quart stock pot, whisk together

2 Cups chicken broth

1 lg. can cream of chicken soup

Slowly pour in the mix from the blender, stirring to blend

Add ½ C. coconut oil and ¼ C olive oil. Add more broth if needed to thin mixture.

Heat over low heat, do not allow to scorch, stir well every 5 min for about 15 min, scraping bottom of pan to be sure there is no scorching.   Everything is cooked so just need to heat it.  You can add 1 tsp of turmeric and ¼ tsp of saffron, or either, if you like the taste.
