Avocado Pudding
Place in blender:
1 can coconut milk
1 scoop whey protein with glutamine
2 peeled and chopped Haas avocadoes
1 tsp. vanilla
1 T agave nectar
Blend well, scraping down sides at least once. Pour into a lidded glass container, and chill for at least two hours. Serve topped with fresh fruits, berries, fresh fruit sauces, or other toppings as tolerated and as indicated.
